By accessing and using the Growloop Media website (growloop.media) and its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
Growloop Media provides digital marketing services including but not limited to: Facebook & Instagram ad management, influencer marketing, website design and development, video editing, content strategy, and SEO services. All services are delivered as described in the agreed-upon retainer or project scope document.
All pricing is quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Payment terms are outlined in individual client agreements. Growloop Media reserves the right to modify standard pricing at any time with notice. New pricing applies to subsequent billing cycles.
All creative assets, strategies, and deliverables produced by Growloop Media remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, usage rights transfer to the client for the intended purpose.
Growloop Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the client in the preceding 3 months.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 14 days written notice. No long-term contracts are enforced. Pre-paid retainers for remaining service periods will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
